It is a great privilege to serve as the Chair of Governors at Rainbow Primary Leadership Academy. The Local Governing Body is keen to work with staff, pupils, parents and the local community to ensure the Academy offers an outstanding and enjoyable education that focuses not only on academic excellence but also on the importance of character development and community service. Through our leadership specialism, our pupils will develop the characteristics that will equip them for success at secondary school and beyond.

We are passionate about creating a safe and happy environment where our pupils can flourish as individuals and also enjoy the benefits of belonging – and contributing to – a cohesive community.

Working closely with Star Academies, the Governing Body will support the Academy’s Senior Leadership Team by acting as a “critical friend,” holding the Academy to account for its performance in many key areas and ensuring Rainbow Primary Leadership Academy is equipped to deliver educational and operational excellence, outstanding teaching, effective leadership and positive pupil outcomes. We want every child at the Academy to discover their talents, pursue their passions, and fulfil their potential.
